Evan I have spoken to Susan in the legal department at NASCAR today. I do understand both sides. You know how much I love and support this site and CASCAR. I also understand the legal side of NASCAR. Do I like what they are doing NO. You have put your heart and soul into this site. I know that because so have I. You know and so does everyone else that comes on this site and other site people I have met in the malls at other race tracks here and in the states they all know how much I support CASCAR and this site. I spread the word everywhere I go. I drive people crazy speaking about it.

Should you get tickets I have an idea as to where you can send the money to.
I suffer from a condtion called Chiari Malformation I am in Type 1 and I pray it doesn't go any further. It isn't very well known. For me the Drs. will not operator for reasons I have had to many operations already. (I am too high risk) I am not able to work anymore because of it. I had to give up working on race cars because of it also.

Donating to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would be awesome.

Chiari Malformation
Also known as Arnold-Chiari Malformation or ACM, this is an ucommon structural condition affecting the cerebellum. Essentially there is extra cerebellum crowding the outlet of the brainstem/spinal cord from the skull on its way to the spinal canal. This crowding will commonly lead to severe headaches, neck pain, loss of balance, tingling in the arms and/or legs, stiffness, and less often will cause problems such as chronic coughing, difficulties with swallowing, and choking. Often the symptoms are made worse with straining.

From what I heard they don't take possession of CASCAR till January 2007 but they want to bully.  No need for them to lie just be up front and honest and you can gain my respect.

It is easy to bully someone you know can't fight you. The case of the domain if it were heard in court they would lose and I wouldn't have to give anyone any of the domain names.

NASCAR can afford have in house legal counsel so it is not costing them anything more if they were to take legal action but sorry I don't want to make some lawyer rich to prove I'm right about this and also don't have that money to throw away. It looks like the only thing I'm throwing away is 8 years of building up traffic for that domain name.

Also NASCAR giving me 10 days to do so is not fair as once a new domain name is registered you have to wait 60 days before it can be transferred to a new register. I guess this is another thing their IT and legal department don't know. For such a large company they seem not to know to much about how the web works.
