I like going to MIS and I would continue to go there as I have been going since 1999. Take the first race is fine by me. Leave the august race alone.

We will have to wait and see. I hope they would build a track like that as I hoped Cayuga was going to get torn down and rebuilt.

Will Race Teams and Fans visit Fort Erie to enjoy the new Speedway.. Hell Ya!!

We have something that no race track in the USA has, not even Nascar, not even the IRL, and it will be the biggest draw for Fans and Teams...
It's called the Canadian Ballet... Solid Gold...and that alone should bring in at least $200 million into the local economy, not including lap dances !!

BAR you kill me man...

I guess they will have to bring back the old "exotic entertainer" work visas just to fill the demand in areas close to the track eh?  ;D :o

I always thought that a 1.5 miler or better would be a spectacular idea... I kinda thought the old Edenvale Airbase just outside of Wasaga Beach would be the perfect place. Hotels, Casinos, Speedway, that would be the coolest at WB... Ontario has a huge NASCAR following alone... let alone NY, MI, IN states among others.

I say a 1 mile HIGH Banked Oval....Bristol- just bigger... Atlanta- just shorter.
Anything bigger is boring...anything smaller is the norm for short tracks.

And in the infield put up a big stage with a Chrome poll in the middle of it...
Not a small pole...and not a big pole...say a Solid Gold Pole !!
