Varney ON - Mike Westwood from Rockwood showed the fans just how fast and how hard you can push a Pro Challenge car on the highbanks this past weekend at Full Throttle.  Westwood overcame an early race run in on the track and drove his #91 to Victory Lane with a hood that was bent up so high it had to block some of his view.  The fifty lap feature race saw numerous cautions off the start but once the drivers settled in they showed the skill and speed that is the Ontario Pro Challenge series.   Second in the feature would go to #18 young Patrick Freel from London who pulled off a late race pass on #02 Dennis Thomson from Dundas, fourth would be #88 Tim Norris from Dundas and rounding out the top five #00 Ken Lillycrop.  Heat winners where #51 Shawn Stones, #18 Patrick Freel, #8 Peter Hatten and #91 Mike Westwood.

In racing action on Friday in the Jr. Late Model division in feature one it was #25 Travis Placzek from Grand Valley getting to Victory Lane and in feature two it would be #14 Cody Wilds from Exeter returning to victory lane after some major repairs to his #14 car.  Second would go to #25 Travis Placzek.  In Mini Truck action in feature one it would be new comer #29 Kevin McMillen from Palmerston bring home his first checker in front of the #67 of Gord Bennett from Durham.  In feature two it would be Gord Bennett getting back to victory lane this time driving the #7 truck.  Second would go to #29 McMillen, third #88 Bubba Brown from London, fourth #1 Denny Snyder from Durham and fifth #67 Rob Cox from Cambridge.

In Mini Stocks Friday night it was again all Brandon Crumbie from Cookstown driving his #63 on new tires to victory lane for both features.  Second in both features would go to #35 with Tim Tolton behind the wheel this week as he took his turn trying to chase down the #63 of Crumbie.  Third in feature one would be #75 Scott Mast from Cambridge, fourth #73 Scott Schlueter from Stratford and fifth #6 Travis McLean from Harriston.  In feature two third would go to #6 Travis McLean, fourth #7 Paul Boyd from Harriston  after some quick repairs after going out in feature one and rounding out the top five #75 Scott Mast.
