FOX'S BAKERY AND DELI TO HOST AUTISM BBQ FUNDRAISER ON SATURDAY JUNE 2ND


For every 1,000 kids, experts estimate that two to six children have autism, according to eMedtv. Trying to make a difference is one Bakery located in Barrie, Ontario, along with four race car cars.
On June 2nd, Fox's Bakery and Deli will be hosting a BBQ fundraiser from 10am till 3pm at their location. They will have the four racecars that they sponsor on hand for the event - three Mini Stocks from Sunset Speeday (#04 Brian Love, #95 Mike Robinson Jr. and #79 Nicole Podewils), along with the OSCAAR Modified driven by Dave Burrows.

Kids and adults will be able to meet the drivers, sit in their cars while also getting autographs and photos.
There will also be face painting and a clown will be on hand.

As per Medical News Today, "Autism is known as a complex developmental disability. Experts believe that Autism presents itself during the first three years of a person's life. The condition is the result of a neurological disorder that has an effect on normal brain function, affecting development of the person's communication and social interaction skills."



Fox's Bakery and Deli is located at 96 Victoria Street in Barrie, Ontario
