Tillsonburg Outlaws
Here it is, Race day already.
Last week we got set up to take outside pictures and wouldn't you know it? It rained.
Inside we went, delayed the show but got our pictures done, the track mudded in, practice completed and by mid point of the night were back on schedule. Good job everyone.
Let's do the same thing with the newsletter, start it late but catch up fast. LOL
Gabby Darling is getting faster and won her first race this week. I am sure she will be picking on the Juniors soon.
Logan Lapierre-Cassie and Paige Smith continue to put on a show in the Tillsonburg Lubricare sponsored Beginners. Logan came out on top this week.
Kyle McGlone came out on top in the Juniors but was followed very closely by Scott Hall and Nick Sheridan. This is a division that is going to be very close at year end.
Likewise the Seniors. Colby Bennett was top score for the night. I have a seat of the pants feeling that the series is almost a 4 way tie for first. Bea Courtnage narrowly beat Brad Perrott for second for the night. Saying there is going to be a horse race to the finish in this group could never be more true.
The Experts had a rough time getting their feature underway with a couple crashes early on and can expect some restart modifications this week to elevate the problem. None the less, Holly Porter came out on top with Hannah Ferrell beating out Scott Kelly for second. That's only one "house" cart in the top three this week. Could it be the competition is getting tougher?
Well, I better get the grid for tonight put up on the board. Racing is only 7 hrs away. See you soon.
