The highlight of the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix presented by Hawk Performance will be the prestigious TUDOR United SportsCar Championship, making their only stop north of the border in 2015. It will be the seventh of twelve rounds, as the Series continues its summer stretch following the long layoff for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The top sports car series in North America boasts more top manufacturers than Formula 1, NASCAR and IndyCar combined. The elite marques that will compete this weekend include BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Ford, Mazda, and Porsche plus the revolutionary Delta Wing prototype.

British Columbia native Michael Valiante will be looking to make some noise at his home track in the VisitFlorida.com Racing Corvette DP, in the top-level Prototype class. The Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge featuring production cars specifically modified for racing highlight the action on Saturday, July 11 with what is always a competitive race from start to finish. The Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix presented by Hawk Performance features a wide-array of fun things away from the track for fans to see and do, such as Tech Talks, Driver Chats and autograph sessions with TUDOR Championship and other series’ drivers. There will also be vendors selling authentic race-related merchandise. Both the TUDOR Championship and Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge will feature Open Grid Walks on Saturday and Sunday, giving fans an up-close, interactive experience with the teams and drivers on track just minutes prior to the drop of the green flag.

The action kicks-off on Thursday (July 9) with a full-day of testing for all series' except the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship.
