The 602 had a price increase so the 3300.00 is a thing of the past.
However if you call Wade Webb or Steve McCaw at Ray Cullen Chev they can get you a crate 602 for 3450.00 plus tax
The phone number is 519-686-7282
There is stock avaliable

General Motors just sent a discount coupon for the crates motors so they will be 200.00 cheaper for the 602 so make it 3250.00 plus tax
Late model motor 604 300.00 cheaper so it is now 5400.00 plus tax.
Call Wade Webb 519 686 7282

McMaster Pontiac in Orangeville is advertising the crate engines at under $3100 for the TC/LLM/Super Stock Motor, and under $5500 for the LM crate motor.
As for parity between Flamboro Thunder Cars and Delaware Super Stocks, I liked JR Fitzpatrick's line in GRR Illustrated (November edition) - "same motors, same tires, everything else is just set-up."  I like that idea!

what is grr illustrated?

GRR is GrassRoots Racing. It's a monthly newspaper that is distributed free and covers the 2 WWS santioned tracks (Delaware and Flamboro.) Its a good mag, though I think they only publish during race season.

Has GRR Mag ever thought of going to other tracks or do they have to be affilated with grass Roots Racing

Its just Delaware and Flamboro WWS tracks. But I heard there is another mag that maybe starting up too. They are trying to lineup writers for each track to send stories and results. It will be just Ontario tracks with stories from all divisions in a newspaper style, not glossy mag. An inbetween of GGR 's 2 tracks and Inside Track's all world race reporting.
