i don't think they well adopt the restart rule, i think it only applies to the top 3 series of NASCAR.  However, they did adopt the pit stop rule that the truck series went to this year.  There are only going to be 4 crew members allowed over the wall at anytime, and tires and fuel must be done on separate stops ...
Stupid rule for this series, as its not really going to save any teams money, atleast 90% of all teams have atleast 6-7 crew members there on a given weekend .. just means that more people are gonna get to watch from the top of the box

They don't line up the lapped cars next to the leaders ever in this series, they always just do double file restarts, lapped cars always go to the back.

Anyone know whether the Canadian Tire Series will be adopting the new NASCAR single file restart under 20 laps instead of 10?
