just got back from there..........there were 9 cars that showed......one guy wrecked in practice and left. the 13 brad collison from flamboro blew a rear end and didnt race and 56 bobby zee from varney blew up in the second heat.....48 mcadam won it..28 gresel was second and i was third with 17 steve mole 4th...50 straight laps without a caution...the three of us bumper to bumper......couldnt pass.....fast track though..... i think once there is some rubber on the top it will be better but right now u cant run up there with the thunder car......just the bottom....think they had 9 four cylinders too

I'm surprised they didn't get more of the Delaware cars (Super Stock or Enduro) out for the race....Makes one nervous as to how they're going to do next year, when their big-car divisions will be fractured even more...

i was in the drivers meeting last friday they didnt mentio anything about it only the I think it was the cayuga invitational being canceled. Maybe because they are now super stocks? The enduros are definatly closer to a street stock now or a thunder car than the super stocks are now.

turn 4 is really tight and a number of cars hit the wall or just barely missed...its too bad they made it a tri oval...its a fast little track and once some rubber gets down on it there will be more grip...but i think its shape may discourage a few from going there...i kno a couple of racers were there just to check things out and they werent too intersted in racing there...and both these guys stopped going to barrie after they changed it's configeration too...they liked how the stands are set up though...we had a blast and the 2 other guys that towed the 2 and a 1/2 hrs did too so we'll be back again.

Nice to see the Sauble cars run well. Congrats to you guys. The track is almost a little tight off 4 for the mini-trucks, so I can imagine it's a pain for the big cars. Hopefully we can get some rubber in the upper groove to make it a bit more racy. Last time there I could hold my own up there but not make any ground.

I was sitting in my car waiting to get out for practice and was quite amused on how the 28 streetstock was getting around turn 1 and 2 it was almost like watching drifting. Im sure the fans enjoyed it very much a job well done to you guys. I think us 440's had one of the most exciting and most fun races of the year except for the 99 tom crawford I hope you are feeling better and on the road to a quick recovery.
