39 bucks at the gate...a little steep for me. The Supers are running on Saturday along with the Super Sprints at Berlin; $20 admission. Something doesn't seem right here.
Take your hat, mitts and parka-you're gonna need them!

Although I don't have the exact figures for what it will cost to bring the Supers in on Friday, I would guess that it will be around $60,000 US. When you factor in the exchange rate to convert to Canadian funds, it will now be approximately $70,000. Based on this estimate, it will take 1800 fans just to break even and you now have to pay for staff, insurance, and any payouts to other divisions that also need to be covered. Considering the fact that they will be running in your own backyard, your travel cost will be much lower and you won't have to burn a tank of gas to get there.

Heh, A few of the ISMA guys already camped out last night. (I drive a schoolbus and park at the speedway for 20 minutes every morning during a brief layover) Had a truck full of guys telling me they froze in their trailer last night and were asking me where the nearest hotel was. Among em was Chris Perley and Mike Ordway. Gonna be a good show tonight. Perley was smokin' the last time I saw him race at Cayuga.

Skies are looking good and its supposed to be clear for the better part of the evening. But, as OldSchool said...bring yer mitts and toques!

Blue skies here 5 minutes from the track.  Looking forward to this race!  Don't forget the ear plugs too...

No way. If I leave the track after the race and I can still hear, I want my money back.  :D

I fear though, that the semi famous tie dye hat may have to give way to the not-so-famous black tuque before the night is over.

Jr52...you make sure you tell the concession people that if that "no hot drink" sign is up tonight, they'll probably have a riot on their hands.    :)

I'd settle for cheese sauce on my Nachos Supreme.

Oh yeah...no more Mexicana shack.  :?

Wonder how much business the ice cream shack'll do tonight.

The fake cheese sauce was the only thing I didn't like on the Supreme.
I wonder?..., a bag of shredded cheese and the rest of the fixin's....,hmmm... I could do this
If you see a bunch people wondring where the guy got the natchos supreme, you'll know I'm there.
