The World of Outlaws Late Models are back this Sunday at Cornwall Motor Speedway!

Cornwall, Ont – Thursday, June 18, 2015 – Martin Bélanger – After being absent from the schedule in 2014, the World of Outlaws Late Model are back at Cornwall Motor Speedway this Sunday evening along with the first edition of the Danny Lefebvre Memorial 25 and a complet program in the Modifieds and Sportsman. Twin Leaf Stores will be the main sponsor.

Being part of the Great Northern Tour for 2015, Cornwall will host the World of Outlaws Late Models this Sunday night with a 50-lap event and $10,000 to win! A great field of cars is expected as the series counts 13 regulars that includes current point’s leader Shane Clanton and two former Cornwall winners in Josh Richards and Darrell Lanigan. Along with the series regulars that also included popular star, Tim McCreadie, several drivers from New-York and Pennsylvania will make the haul with regulars from the Brighton and Can-Am Speedway. A field of nearly 25 cars is very probable!

The most important race of the season for the Mini-Stock will be held this Sunday with the the first edition of the Danny Lefebvre Memorial 25, a 25-lap feature race in honour of Danny Lefebvre will be held with more than $2,000 in purse and the winner getting $200. The addition of the bonus money that was given from numerous sponsors and fans via our Facebook page will push the amount to more than $3,200! It is the most money given in this class for years!

The Bandit Motorsports Modifieds will have a regular 30-lap event as the Wheeler-Forget Royal Lepage Sportsman will have a 25-lap event. A total of 5 laps was added in the Sportsman division for all regular event for the rest of the season.

We suggest people to arrive early as we will get a big crowd, general admission will open at 3pm with admission price at $40,00 for adults, Seniors 65 and + at $20,00, kids 16 years and under will enter at $10,00 with pit admission at $50,00. The pit gates will be open early at 11:30am to allow hauler parking.
