Sad news;

Steve was a former competitor in; Karting, GM Players series and Can Am Midgets.

He was the Can Am midgets series Rookie of the year in 1988 and competed with the midget series
from 1988 to 1995.

Steve was a very talented individual who had many great accomplishments on and off the racetrack.



 KOSA, Steve  (Avid Race Car Driver; VE3TU) It is with great sorrow that we
 announce Steven's sudden passing on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at Toronto 
 Western Hospital, after a short illness. He will be dearly missed by his   
 beloved mother Anna Kosa and dear brother Eugene Kosa. Predeceased by his 
 father Jeno Kosa (1981). Steve will be tremendously missed by his many     
 friends in the racing arena, and also by HAM Radio Operators throughout   
 Canada, USA and worldwide. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler 
 Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Islington and Kipling       
 Aves.), on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the     
 Chapel on Monday, March 19, 2007 at 1 p.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.   
 As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Red Cross in Steve's memory
 will be greatly appreciated.
