Phone: 905-876-2454 ... Fax: 905-878-4813

I hope to take in the sites sometime soon.

RW, I've been over to LMC before the CMHF moved in and it was awesome even back then! It has a little look like DEI when you first pull in! When I was there they had one of the original Shelby Mustangs and a couple of Yankel Camaros. I think Robin Buck has a little track out back too? I for one should drop in and see the Hall of Fame, I had always planned on doing that when it was in the exhibition grounds but never got around to it. Maybe I'll take Brenda out to diner over at the 5th Wheel (one of my favourite places when not at a track) then drop over to the CMHF later.

Autoassembler, the guy that used to run the 5th wheel restaurant has his own diner downtown Milton. Troy's Diner. Had a nice steak there last friday when visitng my sister. It's on north side of main st just east of commercial st (where I grew up) with parking in a lot on the south side. The site ( not sure if building) was the Crysler dealer when I was a kid).
To get there take 25 south (martin st) from the 5th wheel to the T at the main intersection light. Turn left and the first light is commercial. Troy's then just past that on left.
I expect thet the Legendary site is just another built on place that I used to hunt rabbits on.

Thanks 38, I'll have to check it out!

Back in the 70's, I worked for the MTO (well back in those days it was DHO then MTC) just north of Palermo. Needless to say, a bunch of us spent a lot of time at the Charles or another little place out on Steeles just west of Hwy 25.
