If I make any racing road trips this season it will be for this race!!! I just love the track up at The Beach.. Too bad I dont live in downtown Shallow Lake!!! ;D

Mosport - Outlaw Superlates - $15.00.   Sunset - Outlaw Superlates $24.00,don't think I'll go back to Sunset anymore at those prices just to much when I factor in gas and food too.i think I'll stick to the east side shows next year.

One of the best bargains in Ontario this season for a show that includes the Late Model Beat the Heat 150, Can-Am Midgets and 4 Cylinder Mini Stocks.

OSCAAR points leader Brandon Watson is bringing his Pro Late Model according to his website.

2008 was won by Jonathan Urlin. It was called the Quaker State 100.  
The "Beat The Heat name was introduced in 2009.

The 2008 version was called the "Margarita Strawberry Ice 150" and it was won by Steve Robblee.

Seeing as Sunset is cancelled today, thinking of making the trip up for this!  With weather in the area, can anyone tell me iof this is still a go, and if so is it worth the trip, or is there a risk of cancellation.  I'd hate to drive 2 hours for nothing!

Ok, my mistake.  I was there  lol :)

I finished 3rd and 4th in my heat races and 7th in the feature, won $700.  My battery went dead the final six laps and Kirk Hooker got by me.
