It’s Saturday May 3rd and Mother Nature isn’t ready yet for racing.  The cold and wet temperatures that we have experienced in preparing for the Monster Energy/Kellogg Belleville Season Opener at Brighton Speedway have forced us to CANCEL the scheduled race program and parade today.  We thank Coca Cola, Kellogg Belleville and the Municipality of Brighton for their support and look forward to kicking off the 47th year of Stock Car Racing at Brighton Speedway next Saturday.

The Parade of Champions planned to take place through downtown Brighton at 3:00PM Saturday will not be rescheduled.  With expected wet conditions we will forfeit our parade opportunity this year.  In an effort to continue to support the Brighton Fare Share Food Bank fans are welcome to bring a Donation to the Front Gates on Saturday, May 10th to receive a $2.00 DISCOUNT on their regular priced admission.

Be sure to join us Saturday, May 10th as PartSource Belleville presents Dollar Dog Night featuring the Vanderlaan Building Supplies Pro Late Models, the OilGARD Anti Rust Canadian Modifieds, the Brighton Automotive Pro Stocks, Race One of the Bill’s Johns Comp 4’s ABC Taxi Triple Crown and the Quinte Septic Stingers.  This action filled race night will begin with the green flag dropping at 7:00PM. General Admission is only $10.00 for Adults, $8.00 for Youths & Seniors, $2.00 for Children 7-12 and a Family Pass is $25.00.  Don’t forget a donation to the Brighton Fare Share Food Bank to receive a $2.00 discount on your admission.  Your contribution is appreciated.
