Mid-Season Championship Night - July 23rd

As I understand it, there will be twin 40 lap races for the Late Model class and the fan appreciation/autograph signing taking place before the Pure Stock feature. It still does not say anything about the autograph session on the BarrieSpeedway.com website so I just wanted to clarify that.

Ya I think its twin 40s for LLM, 40 lap Thunder, and 30 lap for 4 bangers if I heard correctly.. Thats 150 laps of feature race action!! Should almost call it the Rama Moccasin & Smoke 150!! I always thought the drivers take the mid season championship title a bit more prestigously, but that kinda gets wore off in LLM with the nightly double features.. Should be an extra award for the driver with the best combined finishes in the LLM twin 40s I suppose..

Dean is having a pretty decent year in the Eagle's Oil Tech/Fov Chrysler #09 Neon.. After a tough first month that featured 2 DNFs put him behind the eight ball, he had a couple top 5's in June and has won some heat races of late..Sittin 5th in points I think..Most nights hes a 6th-7th place car which is not bad at Barrie cause hasnt been many nights he havent had a full 24 car field.. Started 27 in the feature last week and Dean finished mid pack if I were guessin.. Seemed to be a little off..

How bout up at The Beach Joe?? How did you make out Sat night?? And who won the LLMs??
