The World of Outlaws Sprint Cars in town this Sunday at Cornwall Motor Speedway!

Cornwall, Ont – Thursday, July 24, 2014 – Martin Bélanger – The biggest show of the season will be in town on Sunday as the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will make their annual trip to the speedway along with the visit of the Lightning Sprints, Modifieds and Sportsman on Twinleaf Stores Night.

The best drivers in the Sprint Car world will make the haul to Cornwall part of the World of Outlaws Northern Tour. It will also be the final opportunity to see the King of Outlaws, Steve Kinser with the series as it is last year with the tour for the 20-time series champion. Along with Kinser, Donny Schatz, Daryn Pittman, Paul McMahan, Joey Saldana, Kerry Madsen, Brad Sweet, Cody Darrah, Kraig Kinser, David Gravel, Jason Sides and several other that will compete in the $10,000 to win event.

The lightning Sprint will also make their annual trek to the speedway, a strong field of the best Mini-Sprint drivers from Quebec will be on hand as over 20 cars are expected.

Les Modifiés Jiffy Auto Services partageront la vedette avec une finale de 30 tours, il sera intéressant de suivre la bataille pour le championnat entre Chris Raabe et Stéphane Lafrance.

The scenario is similar in the Wheeler-Forget Royal Lepage Sportsman as Corey Wheeler and Shane Pecore are close together in the points battle. A 20-lap event is scheduled for the division that averages 25 cars per Sunday.

We suggest that fans to arrive early as the largest crowd of the season is expected. The gates will open at 3pm. General admission will be $45 for adults, Seniors will be $25 as students 16 years and under, the costs will be $10. Pit admission will be 55$. Racing will start at 7pm sharp!
