What's happening there? I'm quite confident that I could be convinced to go to Delaware. The new powerplant will lower EGT's quite a bit by sacrificing some spool up time. But it'll be healthier overall for the engine. Plus a new baffled oil pan added to the mix with gated baffles should keep the oil where it should be. Add to that some A/O separator and drain back the oil to the pan to avoid the sump going dry and things should go pretty well.
Exhaust changed as well to allow more flow, reduced restriction, should help greatly in the control of EGT's, larger injectors, etc. etc. etc... Muahahahah.. can't wait to break something new this season.
Post a link to Delaware May 15th, and I'll see if I can get a bunch of people to come along.

Joe how about July 12th for KOTH @ Delaware. I was looking at dates and that seems to be a slow time for Auto-X and it's not a long weekend? Hard to get off work on a long weekend, ya know people need their beer. Lets us have more time to learn our cars and get back into it after a long winter.

Hey John,
Long time no read.. Hope the car is back up to snuff. Yea it'll be fun this year, Davenport is sponsoring all the money KOTH's this year, rather than sponsor the track. Should be a blast as usual. You should come out to some of the regional events. On May 3rd we're at Mosport DDT, and we're hosting 3 Time Trials this year, one of them being a Touge (Chase), that should get your adrenaline pumping.

:'( :'( No Z24 for the first part of the year she is in need of some welding. The steering rack didn't like softer tires at auto-X and the rack is ripping off the firewall on the passenger side. So will have to pull the motor to fix it right. While it is out might as well fix that timing cover oil leak. If going to do that may as well replace a few other things, so it may be a bit till she is back.
But I will be out in something???
