Mooresville, N.C. (December 17, 2008) – J.R. Fitzpatrick, the youngest ever CASCAR Super Series Champion, will make his first appearance at the historic high banks of Daytona International Speedway this weekend as the ARCA RE/MAX Series descends upon the 2.5-mile tri-oval in Daytona Beach, Florida for the first open test in preparation for the 2009 season.  Fitzpatrick will reunite with TRG Motorsports, the team he ran three NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races with towards the end of the 2008 season.

After Day 1 JR was 31st fastest with a time of 50.533s  and after the saturday PM practice JR was up to 2nd fastest with a time of 49.183s ... 0.229s off the pols speed of Patrick Sheltra

first day was single car runs i think, and the second day was in the draft .. thats why theres such a drastic change in times
