Gibbons is running a ford on the road courses, i remember reading the article in inside track.....due to the success that ranger and micks had in fords on the road courses in 07 he now runs fords only on road courses.

Gibbons is running a Ford in Montreal.

Pete ran a Ford in Edmonton as well. My personal take is that the Dodge teams do make more contingency money and they appear to have more horsepower as well, but the Ford's have kept up the past 3 races, Andrew was leading at Sunset until we had an alternator problem.

I think another reason Steckley is having so much success is the fact the Jr. Hanley worked on the new chassis's and setups for the team this year.

Is it me or does there appear to be more teams switching during the season to a different manufacturer for a race or 2???  First we had JR running a Dodge at Barrie and now I see Gibbons is running a Ford in Montreal.  Is this due to lack of support from Chevy and Ford?  As the Dodge teams are at least getting some extra money with the Dodge fast five program and the champions cup for the top Dodge team at the end of the season.
