I agree that guys that were caught with illegal exhausts should be penalized the same as anyone else that gets caught. Maybe we should drop it all and start off next year with a clean slate, the rules applying to everybody. Can't charge one and let the other one go, that's not fair.

Good idea, and in order to start with the "clean slate" it will require a complete overhaul of the program, and bring in new faces that have new ideas and an open mind.
