Corey Moesker was the class of the field at Flamboro Speedway Saturday night as the Lucas Oil Can-Am Midgets raced the annual  'Open Wheel Extravaganza'. Taking the lead on lap 2 from his 4th place starting spot, Moesker was uncatchable. Accepting his trophy in 'Victory Circle' Moesker said "I have a lot of people to thank for this win. Broadway Service, MacDermid & Associates Co-operators Insurance, Auto Fusion Towing, my pit crew, Lucas Oil, Colormark Ltd, and everyone else that helps keep us on track every weekend." This was Moesker's 2nd win of the season, moving him into third place in points.

Barry Dunn took the lead at the start followed by Moesker, and Craig Mackereth. Moesker wasted no time taking the point from Dunn as Mackereth battled a very strong running Tommy Kyle. Todd Cresswell rounded out the top five. Kyle took over third one lap later. Moesker began to put some distance over Dunn as the field fought behind him. Mack DeMan now caught Cresswell as the two swapped spots for the 5th position. One lap later DeMan passed Mackereth and set sites on Kyle for third.

On lap 11 of this 25 lap feature, the caution came out as Tyler Turnbull slowed on the backstraight. Moesker powered ahead of the field at the restart as DeMan caught Dunn and took over second place. Kyle now ran fourth with Defending Champion and current points' leader Rob Neely now in the top five. Two laps later Neely caught Kyle and took that position. Moesker had a 15 car lead over the field and wasn't looking back. Just past halfway Adrian Stahle caught Kyle and joined the top five runners. The remaining laps had the top runners in the same positions. Moesker took the checkered flag followed by DeMan, Dunn, Neely and Stahle.

Heats were won by Stahle and Moesker. The 'B' main was won by Rookie Adam Racine...his 1st checkered flag with the Lucas Oil Can-Am Midgets.
